Delivery + Returns

UK Delivery

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, standard shipping within the UK is £7.50.

I aim to have your items wrapped and sent within 5 working days of your order being placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.

If you need your order in a hurry, please do get in touch. I will always try to speed the process along if possible.

At this time, I am only able to ship orders within the UK. I hope to widen this to include all International orders at some point in the future.

 

Local Collection

If you are local to ME17 in Kent, you are more than welcome to collect your order from my home studio. Please leave a note at checkout, I will be in touch via the email address you use at checkout to arrange a time slot for collection + a refund on shipping costs.

 

Packaging

In order to try and minimise my impact on the environment, I use 100% plastic free or recycled/repurposed materials to package your order. If your order contains packing chips, please be aware that these are made from maize starch, so they are fully biodegradable and can be dissolved in water or composted. If possible, please try to reuse or recycle any packaging materials you receive.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or the incorrect item has been sent, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item + packaging/ incorrect goods (as applicable), together with your order number. I will do my utmost to make sure you are happy with a refund or a replacement item. Please note that a replacement item may not immediately be available if not already in stock.

As a small business, I will look at other returns on a case by case basis, so please consider carefully before making your purchase.

Please note that the cost of shipping for any returned items will be your responsibility and the goods must reach me in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Returns are not accepted on made to order items, seconds or any pre-ordered items.
